Bhutan there is a very small number of population having access to the
internet, less than 600. Those having access to internet are either
government servants or the students studying abroad on government
scholarship. There is no private intelligentsia in Bhutan. By the discussion
one can easily make out that all those responded were either government
servants or the students studying abroad on government scholarship. So no
surprise for me. We have to be very careful of the government hypocrisy.
They will do one thing and say good things to the foreigners. Kuensel is a
government media.
The website owned by 
Youth Organisation of Bhutan is in exile.  The first name Man Bahadur Chhetri
in the dead list is my dear younger brother. He is the first martyr of the
current movement for democracy and human rights in Bhutan. He was a young
lad studying in the national Institute of Education, who was hanged by the
government security forces.
