This enables Maldivians to access blocked websites

Press Start button.
Select Settings.
Select Control Panel.
Double click Internet Options.
Select Connections tab.
Click on LAN Settings.

Verify Proxy Server Address:
proxy.dhivehinet.net.mv:8080
Verify Port:
8080

To use "free" proxy server:
Change Proxy Server Address to:
162.93.195.143

Any previously blocked websites may now be accessed.
